Helping put the pieces together
For adults and couples navigating ADHD, anxiety, identity, and relationships.
Hey! I'm Alisha,
I am a neurodivergent therapist with 9 years of experience working with individuals and couples. My background is shaped by living and growing up abroad, which has given me a unique understanding of how culture and identity impact mental health.
I work with adults, couples, and parents to address ADHD, autism, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. I aim to build self-awareness and compassion, develop practical strategies, and embrace strengths, with a focus on realistic goals and meeting individual needs.

You might be here if you are...
Struggling with feeling "too much" or "not enough"
Feeling overwhelmed by the day-to-day demands of life
Living with ADHD or anxiety that makes motivation feel impossible
Holding grief, resentment, or exhaustion from carrying so much for others
Looking to build connection and communication with loved ones
Wanting stronger, healthier relationships
Navigating chronic illness or disability
How I can help
Support can look like:
-
Building ADHD-friendly routines
-
Talking through relationship tensions (whether you come alone or as a couple)
-
Exploring how burnout, stress, and trauma impact your physical well-being
-
Processing grief and navigating change
-
Identifying, talking about and learning to manage emotions
-
Practicing difficult conversations
-
Venting and verbally processing with someone objective
-
Celebrating wins, progress, and growth
I draw from approaches like ACT, DBT, CBT, and the Gottman Method, but our work together is always tailored to what you need most. For more information on these different approaches, click here!

Individual Sessions
50 Minutes
Phone or Video Call
It feels like a conversation - I’m here to listen, guide, and figure things out with you
Sessions are flexible - we talk about the bigger things we’re working on and the everyday stuff that come up along the way
We focus on tools that are practical and supportive rather than being just more things on your to-do list
Couples Sessions
70 Minutes
Video Call
No topic is off-limits - we talk about everything from sexual dynamics, to shifting roles, to deeper emotional needs
My role isn’t to judge or pick sides — it’s to help you understand each other’s needs, patterns, and the ways you’re both trying (and sometimes struggling) to connect
You bring a desire for change - I provide support to help you understand each other and practice new ways of connecting, both in session and in daily life.
