Considering starting counselling? Looking for a counsellor that feels like the right fit?
You can reach out by phone or email to arrange a free 15 minute consultation for counselling or supervision services. We will find a time for a phone or virtual meeting where you have the opportunity to to explain what you are seeking support for and to ask questions to assess if we are the right fit for you.
