Considering starting counselling? Looking for a counsellor that feels like the right fit?
You can reach out by phone or email to arrange a free 15 minute consultation for counselling or parenting support sessions. We will find a time for a phone or virtual meeting where you have the opportunity to to explain what you are seeking support for and to ask questions to assess if we are the right fit for you.

Are you a Social Worker requiring completion of supervision hours for registration with the ACSW? At BYC we support continuing education, and can support you in attaining your registration goals. We know how costly supervision can be, and offer affordable rates!

48 Hour Cancellation Notice Required
Appointment reminders will be sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. When you receive reminders please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend so we can make that time available for other clients.
Sliding Scale Available Based on Assessment
We believe there should be as few barriers as possible to accessing support when you need it. If finances are getting in the way of you starting counselling please reach out and see if you are eligible for lower fees based on your income.
Virtual and Phone Sessions Only
Virtual counselling lets us work with a wider range of clients and makes therapy flexible and convenient. Whether you prefer to talk face-to-face on a video call or talk on the phone we have a format that works for you.
Direct Billing to Insurance Providers Not Currently Available
To pay for your session you will get an invoice then have the option to can send an e-transfer and or we can charge your card on file. You will then be issued a receipt to submit to your insurance providers for reimbursement.
